Join the Dreamclinic Family: Customer Service Superstar Wanted!
Dreamclinic is more than a wellness clinic—we're a community passionate about healing, service, and helping people live their best lives. We specialize in therapeutic massage and acupuncture, and we’re proud to create a warm and welcoming space for both our clients and team members.
We're currently seeking a Front Desk Administrator who is enthusiastic, organized, and service-oriented to join our Roosevelt team.
We're especially excited to meet candidates who are independent and proactive, comfortable working with minimal supervision, and naturally tuned in to what needs to be done. If you're someone who embraces growth, welcomes feedback, and thrives in a dynamic environment, you’ll fit right in with our ever-evolving team.
What You’ll Do
As a Front Desk Administrator, you are the first and last impression of our clinic—an essential part of delivering an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Experience: Foster a friendly, professional environment where clients feel cared for and respected—whether in person, on the phone, or via text and email.
Scheduling & Payments: Book appointments, process payments, and manage paperwork with accuracy and efficiency.
Clinic Presentation: Keep our front desk, lobby, and shared spaces tidy and inviting at all times.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow administrators across three Dreamclinic locations to ensure seamless daily operations and to cover shifts at other locations.
On a Typical Day, You Will:
Respond to phone calls, emails, and texts with prompt, thoughtful communication.
Check clients in and out efficiently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
Create invoices and handle payments with care and accuracy.
Assist clients in booking and rescheduling appointments.
Explain treatment styles, memberships, and promotions (training provided).
Provide basic insurance information (training provided).
Collaborate with team members via our internal chat system.
Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of restrooms and shared areas.
Re-stock supplies to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Thorough Training: We’ll give you all the tools you need to feel confident in your role.
Wellness Perks: Enjoy discounted massage and acupuncture services (one free per month for full-time; 50% off additional services).
Commission Opportunities: Earn additional income for each membership or package you sell.
Purposeful Work: Be part of a mission that helps people reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best every day.
About You
You bring empathy, professionalism, and a can-do attitude to every client interaction.
You're enthusiastic about holistic wellness and curious to learn more about massage and insurance.
You enjoy working in a collaborative, diverse environment.
You’re tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
You’re self-motivated, quick to notice what needs doing, and find satisfaction in staying one step ahead.
You welcome learning opportunities and appreciate clear, kind feedback.
You’re comfortable with change and see it as a chance to grow.
Bonus Points If You:
• Have experience with or a good understanding of Massage Therapy, Acupuncture, and Insurance. • Are well-organized and posses excellent time management skills. • Feel confident working independently, while still knowing when to ask for support.
Ready to Join Us?
If you're excited to blend purpose-driven work with service excellence, we’d love to connect. Join our Dreamclinic family and start making a meaningful impact—one client at a time.
