The HR Generalist supports the HR Business Partner in administering health and benefit plans and managing employee relations. The role also serves as the primary contact for daily HR inquiries and maintains company records and HRIS data.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of HR experience including payroll processing and an associate degree in a business-related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and bilingual skills in English and Spanish are required.

This role supports the HR Business Partner in selection, planning and administration of the employee health and benefit plans, resolves benefits-related problems, and ensures positive employee relations, and assists in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures; Additionally, this role serves as the main contact for daily HR questions and concerns from employees, and is responsible for proper record-keeping, file maintenance and HRIS entry for the company.
