The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items according to company recipes while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. They must also ensure the kitchen workspace remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the service shift.
Candidates must have previous culinary experience in a high-volume environment and a strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment. A Safe Food Handler certification and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred.
