Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot repairs for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and complete apartment turns for new residents. Provide high-quality customer service to residents and may assist in training other technicians or managing vendors.
Requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience in a facilities environment and proficiency in at least two technical trades. Must have reliable transportation, be able to handle physical labor, and be available for a flexible schedule including on-call shifts.
