The Maintenance Technician will perform routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems within a luxury apartment community. They are also responsible for completing apartment turns to ensure a high-quality move-in experience for new residents.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in at least two technical trades. The role requires a flexible schedule, including on-call availability and the ability to perform physical tasks like moving heavy equipment.
