Perform routine maintenance and resident-requested repairs including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work. Manage apartment turns to ensure units are ready for new move-ins and provide high-quality customer service.
Requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in at least two technical trades. Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call shifts.

AIR Communities uses industry leading technology for a modern approach to maintenance so our Maintenance Teams can help as many residents as possible each day. Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.
