Nous accordons de l’importance à la rigueur logique des données, au sens des affaires et à la perspective stratégique pour garder une longueur d’avance sur le marché. Nous recherchons un(e) expert(e) en analyse qui excelle à transformer des données financières et opérationnelles complexes en analyses de rentabilisation claires et exploitables et en stratégies de gestion du rendement pour toutes nos marques de services mobiles.
Notre équipe dirige l’élaboration, la gouvernance et l’évaluation de la planification stratégique, de l’analytique du rendement et des analyses de rentabilisation pour l’ensemble de l’organisation Marketing, Consommateurs. Nous définissons, suivons et optimisons les indicateurs de rendement clés financiers, ceux liés aux abonnés et ceux liés à l’état des résultats global afin de gagner des parts de marché et de les maintenir sur le marché canadien des télécommunications. Notre mandat comprend une gestion du rendement rigoureuse, des prévisions inter-marques ainsi que des analyses stratégiques approfondies fondées sur les données pour orienter la prise de décision.
Nous mettons l’accent sur l’acquisition d’une compréhension quantitative approfondie de notre rendement opérationnel et des tendances de la clientèle, en utilisant les données pour élaborer et articuler les cadres financiers qui valident nos stratégies de marché. Nous travaillons en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de la haute direction pour fournir les rapports de rendement et les analyses de rentabilisation nécessaires pour orienter notre stratégie multimarque de services mobiles.
En tant que conseiller principal ou de conseillère principale, Stratégie, vous orienterez les discussions stratégiques et partagerez des recommandations fondées sur des données avec notre équipe de la haute direction pour façonner les perspectives financières et opérationnelles de notre entreprise. Lorsque l’équipe sera appelée à évaluer des questions stratégiques clés, vous vous servirez de votre expertise analytique pour soumettre les analyses de rentabilisation à des tests de résistance, cerner les lacunes en matière de rendement et permettre une allocation optimale des ressources.
Grâce à une vue d’ensemble de nos principaux indicateurs de rendement clés et de nos marques de services mobiles, vous resterez à l’affût du rendement de l’entreprise, établirez des relations au sein de l’organisation Marketing, Consommateurs pour éclairer vos analyses et ferez passer nos processus de prévision et d’analyse de rentabilisation à un niveau supérieur de précision.
Vous collaborerez avec des intervenants internes au sein des équipes Marketing, Veille économique, Finances et Produits pour analyser le rendement et élaborer des modèles d’affaires prospectifs afin de soutenir les objectifs de croissance. Cela signifie que vous aiderez à élaborer des justifications financières solides et à développer vos capacités de narration auprès de la haute direction, tout en ayant une exposition directe à la haute direction et en contribuant à diriger notre orientation stratégique globale.
Enfin, vous aurez l’occasion de prendre en charge diverses évaluations commerciales, des livrables financiers stratégiques et des perspectives de rendement tout au long de l’année.
4 à 8 ans d’expérience en planification financière/stratégique et en analyse du rendement
Expérience en analyse de rentabilisation/modélisation, en analyse financière ainsi qu’en application d’une rigueur analytique à la narration et à la prise de décision fondées sur les données
Excellentes compétences en communication, y compris de l’expérience en matière d’élaboration et de présentation de présentations à la haute direction
Maîtrise de Google Sheets/Excel et capacité à traiter de grands ensembles de données et à créer des modèles complexes
À l’aise face à l’ambiguïté et avec la nécessité de jongler pour tenir compte de priorités et de besoins multiples
