The Account Manager will provide administrative support for commercial activities, including contract management, pricing, and order processing. They are also responsible for generating sales reports, maintaining PowerBI dashboards, and handling customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
Candidates should possess a college diploma in Business, Office Administration, or a medical-related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant professional experience is required for this role.
Main Accountabilities
1. Monitor quotations, tender and order processing to support the Sales team.
2. Assist the Sales team in the management of pricing and product code matters.
3. Create and maintain regular sales analysis and reporting, including PowerBI dashboards, as defined by the Head of IM Commercial. Assist sales team with formulation and implementation of sales strategies.
4. Handles customer enquiries in a timely and proper manner.
5. Calls existing and potential customers for sales opportunities.

- Responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing good support
- May assist with order processing, product troubleshooting, and general customer assistance
- Focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Resolve complex or unresolved cases whenever possible.
