The Billing Specialist is responsible for preparing and issuing customer invoices while verifying the accuracy of billing data and rates. They also maintain billing files, handle customer inquiries regarding payments, and assist with reconciliations and reporting.
The role requires the ability to perform essential billing duties and maintain compliance with company standards. Candidates must be available for a Monday through Friday schedule with occasional weekend and travel requirements.
| Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepares and issues customer invoices based on service records or contracts • Verifies accuracy of billing data, rates, and supporting documentation • Records billing transactions and maintains up-to-date billing files • Communicates with customers regarding billing questions and payment status • Assists with reconciliations and reporting as needed • Supports the billing department in maintaining compliance with company standards • Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job |
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (Occasional weekend and travel requirements)
