The Employee Experience team at EPL is a small, diverse, passionate, and high-performing. We pride ourselves on the value that we add to EPL through our talent and experience. We believe in having fun and working hard!
What we're looking for:
Reporting to and working closely with the Executive Director, Employee Experience, this is a hands-on role providing support to the development and implementation of organizational talent programs/processes and organizational change initiatives. Projects you will be working on include:
Supporting learning operations with the development, delivery, and evaluation of staff training, including the creation of the annual EPL learning calendar.

Pay Band:
$95,630 to $119,538 per annum.
