Responsible for overseeing all food safety and quality assurance programs, including HACCP and regulatory compliance, within a federally licensed RTE establishment. Leads the QA team and manages relationships with CFIA staff and third-party auditors to ensure operational excellence.
Requires a degree in Food Science or a related discipline and 3-5 years of food safety experience in a QA management capacity. Must possess strong knowledge of microbiology, RTE manufacturing processes, and government regulations regarding meat processing.

Responsible for ensuring that the Company’s objectives and strategic initiatives for food safety and regulatory compliance meet or exceed regulatory requirements. The Quality Assurance Manager will be directly responsible for providing leadership, direction, development and support to the QA team.
