Choreo is a wealth management firm built on an interconnected network of financial advisors with a shared vision servicing entrepreneurs, CPAs, and individuals with a forward-thinking approach to financial planning to translate wealth into fulfillment. With over 200 employees and 40+ locations across the country, we are here to serve our clients beyond what is expected.
OPENING SUMMARY
The Strategy & Operations Analyst will support the Growth organization by driving reporting, pipeline management, and partner tracking across Choreo’s CPA channel and broader growth initiatives. This individual will work closely with the VP of Growth Strategy to translate complex, often unstructured data into clear, actionable insights that improve decision-making and execution.
This role sits at the intersection of business operations, growth and technology, with a strong emphasis on leveraging tools, data, and emerging AI capabilities to improve how Choreo captures, structures, and acts on growth opportunities. The ideal candidate is not only analytically strong, but also curious about technology, comfortable working with evolving systems, and motivated to incorporate AI into day-to-day workflows.
This is a high-impact role focused on establishing rigor and visibility within Choreo’s growth engine—ensuring pipeline accuracy, strengthening CRM discipline, and enabling leadership with executive-ready reporting. The role is primarily execution-oriented (≈70%), with increasing ownership over time (≈30%).
Primary Responsibilities:
Advisor Growth and Process Enablement
Help reinforce a repeatable advisor growth model, including lead capture, pipeline progression, and opportunity management
Provide reporting and insights that connect advisor activity to business outcomes (e.g., pipeline → conversion → new clients)
Identify gaps in advisor usage, process adherence, and pipeline discipline, and proactively flag opportunities for improvement
Pipeline Management
Monitor pipeline health, including stage progression, data completeness, and aging opportunities
Identify and escalate issues such as stalled deals, inconsistent usage, or gaps in data capture
Support standardization of pipeline workflows, definitions, and reporting outputs
Explore opportunities to automate data capture and workflow improvements using AI-enabled tools
Partner Tracking
Track CPA partner engagement, referral activity, and conversion performance
Support development and maintenance of partner-level scorecards
Ensure consistent data capture and reporting across partner relationships and advisor teams
Help identify opportunities to improve partner activation, using both data analysis and system enhancements
Process Optimization
Actively leverage and experiment with AI tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows, reporting, and data capture
Partner with internal teams and vendors to support implementation of CRM enhancements, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities
Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve data quality through automation
Help translate business needs into clear requirements for technology solutions
Stay current on new tools and recommend practical applications within the Growth team
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
3–5 years of experience in business analytics, consulting, strategy, or operations roles
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience creating executive-ready materials
Experience working with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Demonstrated ability to work with large, unstructured datasets and produce actionable insights
Strong comfort with technology, systems, and learning new tools quickly
Interest in AI and automation, with a willingness to apply new tools in a business context
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Skills (optional):
Experience in financial services, wealth management, or professional services
Experience working with sales teams, advisors, or relationship-driven professionals to improve process adoption and reporting
Ability to balance data rigor with practical, user-friendly solutions that drive adoption
Strong problem-solving mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
