The Customer Service Cashier is responsible for providing efficient checkout services, handling cash, and maintaining positive customer relations. Additional duties include stocking displays, performing general cleanup, and managing Customer Service Office functions such as POS reporting and lottery operations.
Candidates must have a Grade 9 education or equivalent and related retail experience. Desirable qualifications include previous cash handling experience, fluency in English, and basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
The Customer Service Cashier is responsible to ensure customer service is provided through maintaining a safe and efficient operation while adhering to Company policies, procedures and standards. The Customer Service Cashier position reports directly to the Customer Service Supervisor/Front End Manager, and the main responsibilities include;
