Lead the architectural delivery of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for Global Security, managing a team of Solution Architects. Define end-to-end designs for workforce, customer, and non-human IAM capabilities while aligning with enterprise strategy and governance.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical field and over 8 years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture for large-scale projects. Must possess deep expertise in IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), security frameworks (TOGAF, SABSA), and financial services regulatory requirements.
You will be responsible for architectural delivery in the Identity and Access Management domain for Global Security at RBC, both directly and working through a team of Solution Architects that report directly to you. You will play a critical role in defining the end-to-end architectures and designs for workforce, third-party, customer, non-human and agentic IAM solutions within RBC. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with numerous business and functional areas across the bank.
