The Senior Data Analyst bridges the gap between data and strategic decision-making by building dashboards and performing in-depth analysis for internal business units. They are responsible for mentoring junior team members and providing actionable insights to senior management to optimize financial performance.
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems is required, along with 10+ years of experience in SQL and PowerBI. Candidates must have exposure to Snowflake, Jira, and SSRS, and ideally possess experience within a financial institution.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Data Analyst is a key member of the Data Analytics Management team and works to bridge the gap between data and strategic business decision making. They will have significant technical experience with querying large sets of data, report writing, data governance, and dashboard production. They will be both a problem solver and an innovator, capable of navigating large sets of data and leveraging financial institution experience to create meaningful insights used in analyzing Credit Union performance. This position requires deep analysis skills as well as data modeling and report building ability.
