The Member Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for credit union members, handling inquiries and transactions via inbound calls. They are responsible for resolving financial questions, providing online banking support, and recommending products to enhance members' financial lives.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least six months of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
