Manage and coordinate outside plant construction using both in-house and contract resources to accomplish assigned projects; manage contract resources as necessary to supplement project needs.
Coordinate field surveys of existing or proposed outside plant installations, including aerial and underground network facilities and associated infrastructure.
Lead and model effective troubleshooting practices in the restoration of plant issues, defining root cause and break-fix alternatives.
