The Senior Engineering Manager is responsible for managing multiple software development teams, ensuring predictable and high-quality deliverables through effective process implementation. The Sr. Manager, SW Development Eng manages the activities of two or more sections or departments through strong tactical decision making while piloting unforeseen issues. Is a People Manager, involved in performance evaluations and pay increase recommendations.
