The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to analyze processes and define requirements for ERP initiatives. They are responsible for implementing system enhancements, managing workflow automation, and providing functional expertise to support digital transformation.
Candidates must hold a college diploma or university degree and possess at least 5 years of experience, including 3 years specifically with Dynamics 365 F&O. Proficiency in ERP optimization, SOX compliance, and data analysis tools is required for this role.
Reporting to the ERP Manager, the Business Analyst will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role will analyze business processes, define requirements, support Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) initiatives, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through process optimization, automation, analytics, and emerging AI technologies. The Business Analyst will help deliver scalable, compliant solutions that support SNDL’s business objectives and digital transformation strategy.
