What You’ll Do
Provide on-the-job coaching and supervision in 1:1 and group settings at program sites and community businesses Help individuals develop job readiness, workplace behavior, and functional skills Implement employment and behavioral support plans in partnership with Case Managers and leadership Track progress through daily documentation, assessments, and payroll tracking Support transportation and participation in community-based job sites Assist with hands-on care and behavioral support, including trained safety interventions Maintain a structured, supportive environment while modeling professional workplace behavior Collaborate with team members and help train and support new staff

This is a highly active, hands-on role in a structured environment supporting individuals with more intensive needs. You’ll be working both on-site and in the community, providing consistent guidance, behavioral support, and skill-building throughout the day.

Valid Driver’s License. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and the internet. Successful completion of all state and agency mandated trainings. Must be willing to authorize a Criminal History Background Check (CORI) and release of information concerning allegations from Disabled Persons Protection Commission (DPPC), Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other agencies. Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be fluent in English and have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with individuals under supervision, employees of the organization, families, and members of the community.
