Provide individual and group support to persons with developmental disabilities in a residential setting to enhance their independence and community integration. Responsibilities include teaching life skills, managing medications, and ensuring a safe and clean living environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and candidates with one or more years of related experience are preferred. Applicants must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and the physical ability to perform active care tasks.
