Provide direct support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health challenges to help them live independently. Responsibilities include medication administration, meal preparation, transportation, and following person-centered behavior plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and possess a valid driver's license. A compassionate demeanor is required, while 1-2 years of healthcare or social services experience is preferred but not required.
