Shore Point Distributing Company is a family-owned beverage distributor located in Freehold, NJ, carrying an extensive portfolio of Beer, Wine, Spirits, and Non-Alcoholic beverages throughout the state, servicing Monmouth, Ocean, Middlesex, Somerset, Warren, Hunterdon, Burlington, Mercer, Union, Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Passaic, Morris, and Sussex counties.

As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in bringing some of the industry's most recognized beverage brands to life at retail locations throughout your assigned territory. You'll work closely with our Sales team to ensure products are properly stocked, displayed, and presented to maximize visibility and sales.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in organization and presentation, and is looking to build a long-term career in the beverage industry. No two days are exactly the same as you travel between accounts, build displays, stock shelves, and help execute exciting promotions and seasonal programs.
Many of our Route Sales Representatives and Sales Leaders began their careers as Merchandisers.
This role provides valuable hands-on experience in retail execution, merchandising, customer relationships, supplier programs, and the beverage industry as a whole. For individuals looking to grow their careers, the Merchandiser position serves as an excellent entry point with opportunities to advance into sales, leadership, and other roles throughout the organization.
This position involves daily travel between customer locations and frequent work in retail environments. Merchandisers regularly work around displays, coolers, stockrooms, and promotional areas while interacting with customers and store personnel. The role requires regular lifting, stocking, display building, and exposure to varying weather conditions while servicing accounts.
This position is typically scheduled Monday through Friday, with working hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Occasional mandatory weekend overtime may be required, with advance notice provided.
