Manage operational aspects and day-to-day activities for commercial lines accounts, acting as a primary client advocate. Responsibilities include processing certificate requests, policy changes, renewals, and maintaining documentation in the EPIC portal and Sagitta.
Requires a High School diploma or GED, with a college degree and P&C Insurance License preferred. Candidates must be proficient in MS Office and be able to obtain a license within 90 days of hire if not already licensed.

As an Assistant Account Manager in Mid-South Specialties, you will be responsible for any operational aspects of an account as well as day-to-day activities. This position will require a positive and coachable attitude to be successful. Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills are required.
LOCATION: Duluth Georgia. This is an in-office position M-F
COMPENSATION: The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
