The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing moderate to complex commercial banking relationships and prospecting new clients with annual revenues exceeding $20MM. They will leverage professional networks to drive business development while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and credit policies.
Candidates must have 5-10 years of commercial lending experience and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting. Strong skills in financial analysis, loan documentation, and relationship management are required, with formal credit training being highly preferred.
