Lead and motivate a sales-driven team to achieve performance goals while ensuring operational excellence in a hospital gift shop setting. Manage inventory, merchandising, and partner relationships to maximize sales and provide compassionate guest experiences.
Requires a minimum of 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. A high school diploma is required, though a college degree is preferred.
