Market and Sell New JCB equipment and attachments to achieve Revenue Goals as assigned
Learn and recommend offered products based on customer and prospects' needs and applications
Provide answers to prospects & customers about product specifications, applications, lead times, financing, availability, and credit terms
Demonstrate products, detail product features, and solicit orders
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Follow up after the sale to help resolve or liaison any issues and to provide cutting edge customer support
Prepare bid packets for customers and prospects that meet their needs
Cold call and develop relationships with potential JCB prospects daily
Actively monitor market conditions, new products, and innovations
Understand and leverage against competition in the marketplace
Actively participate in manufacture and company training
A Bachelor's degree in related field OR 3+ years of sales experience in construction/industrial equipment preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRMs is a plus
Working knowledge of mechanical & hydraulic equipment and systems is a plus

Company Wrench is an Ohio-based company focusing on the manufacturing, sales, rentals, parts and service of scrap, demolition, and construction equipment. Headquartered in Carroll, Ohio, Company Wrench operates major markets in 12 locations across the US including in Ohio, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and New Jersey. Each branch offers Company Wrench’s high standard of customer service with fully staffed service & parts departments. Company Wrench’s large equipment inventory includes Kobelco equipment, Terex Fuchs material handlers, JCB, Stanley & Labounty attachments, and much more. Company Wrench began as a measure of vertical integration by Owner, Brad Hutchinson. He created a truck repair company to service his main construction company. The name Company Wrench came to Hutchinson from a conversation w/ a stranded truck operator where he told the client that he would send over his “company wrench” which refers to an on-staff mechanic. “That’s really where the company was born,” Hutchinson said. “We started out doing heavy truck repairs and small equipment repair.” In 2001, Company Wrench shifted its focus from commercial truck repair to heavy equipment. By 2013, the business was solely focused on the rental, creation, and sale of specialized heavy equipment & general construction equipment. In 2010, Company Wrench established C.W. Machine Worx, their manufacturing division. CW is a big supporter of United Way, and created a program called Recycle Cycles to repair used bicycles & distribute them to the homeless & others through United Way. CW also hosts a yearly community event called Operator for a Day where anyone in the community could try their hand at operating heavy equipment. “We hosted about 1,500 people in two days. Seeing a 3-year-old run a bulldozer was a hoot, the same with senior citizens. Many had never been on a machine before and they were having a ball,” Hutchinson said.
