The Loan Sales Specialist manages the full life cycle of loans, including collections and presenting tailored financial solutions to customers. They are responsible for educating customers on loan terms and insurance products while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Candidates are required to have a High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred, and bilingual skills in Spanish are also preferred.
