Loan Sales Specialists provide customers with affordable financing solutions by managing the full loan lifecycle, including sales and collections. They engage customers across multiple digital channels to meet individual and branch goals while ensuring regulatory compliance.
A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service and bilingual proficiency in Spanish are preferred.
Target base salary range is $17.00-$19.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
