The specialist is responsible for providing affordable financing solutions to customers and managing the full loan life cycle, including collections. They must engage customers across multiple channels and educate them on loan terms and optional insurance products.
A High School Diploma or GED is required, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish is necessary. Experience in sales, collections, or customer service is preferred.
