About The Role
We’re looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Intern, Product & Business Analysis to help shape and deliver innovative retail and automation products.
In this role, you’ll act as the bridge between customers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams – providing support with product backlog, defining requirements, and driving product excellence. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful solutions for our customers.
Key responsibilities
·Meet with smaller local customers to understand their business needs and gather requirements.
·Document customer feedback, requirements and open topics in a clear and structured way.
·Support the team in release planning by helping prioritise customer needs and follow up on related actions.
·Assist in Co-ordinating between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
·Help track project and product-related tasks, timelines and deliverables.
·Provide administrative and operational support for product and project activities as required.
About You
·3rd or 4th year undergraduate or 1st year post graduate
·Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
·Ability to work 2 days per week for offices in Istanbul
·Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
·Strong communication and documentation skills for reporting engineering work and collaborating across team
·Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic project needs
