The mission of Catholic Charities Twin Cities is to serve those most in need and to advocate for justice in the community.
Our programs for children, families, and adults serve more than 25,000 people every year. As the need for our services grows, Catholic Charities is working to adapt and respond with strategies that prevent poverty, meet basic needs in times of crisis, and create pathways to greater stability.
WAGE RANGE: $25.00 - 27.00/hourly
JOB SUMMARY: Catholic Charities is seeking a self-motivated leader who is dedicated and detail-orientated, compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware to serve as a Supervisory Teacher at its Northside Child Development Center.
They are responsible for supervision of classroom including the planning and implementation of a developmentally appropriate program for assigned groups, and responsible for supervision of classroom staff, including maintaining compliance with Rule 3, compliance with Hennepin County Contract, and compliance with Agency and Center policies and procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining positive relationships among staff, children, parents, volunteers and community.
This position requires the candidate to have a valid Minnesota driver's license.
