The Coaching Specialist provides expert technical coaching and data-driven guidance to tutors to improve student literacy and numeracy outcomes. They manage site partnerships and lead data-based decision-making teams to ensure program fidelity and maximize student progress.
Requires a bachelor's degree and licensure in education or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in primary or secondary education. Candidates must have experience with Pre-K/Kindergarten and proficiency in using literacy/numeracy assessments to guide instruction.
The Coaching Specialist advances student literacy and numeracy outcomes by providing expert coaching, on-site technical support, and data-driven guidance to ensure fidelity to the Early Learning Corps program models. This role strengthens partnerships with schools, supports program implementation to maximize positive student outcomes.
