The practitioner will assess, diagnose, and treat patients across the reproductive lifespan, including providing prenatal and post-partum care. They will also perform office-based gynecologic procedures and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of specialists.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or Nursing from an accredited program. Current licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Minnesota is required.
Hennepin Healthcare Women's Health has a current part-time opening (0.6 FTE) for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. Most patient contact hours would be in our Women's Health outpatient clinic but may include some inpatient responsibilities as well. The position would work between M - F daytime hours (schedule to be determined based on department and candidate needs).
At Hennepin Healthcare you will enjoy the opportunity to work in a multi-disciplinary team of obstetrician/gynecologists, maternal fetal medicine sub-specialist(s) and certified nurse midwives.
