The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing branch operations, including loan application approvals, account maintenance, and delinquency management. They also lead branch staff through coaching, business development, and ensuring compliance with company policies and auditing procedures.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in consumer lending or financial services and two years of supervisory experience. A bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent military experience is required, along with the ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
This role is eligible for a competitive monthly incentive based on individual and company performance. The base salary offered within the posted range will be determined based on a variety of job-related factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Saturday hours required seasonally and as business needs require.
