Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Operations, Quality, and IT to align MES capabilities with business objectives and manufacturing best practices
Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track and report operations performance to management, using tools like SSRS, Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting platforms
Lead and manage engineering activities supporting the design, development, improvement, and manufacture of products and assemblies.
Stay current with electronics manufacturing trends, emerging technologies, and engineering best practices.
Apply engineering tools, methodologies, and problem‑solving techniques to support new product introduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate closely with operations, materials, quality, inspection, test engineering, customer service, marketing, and business development teams.
Establish and maintain MES standards, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance with customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage engineering budgets, staffing plans, and resource allocations to meet operational and financial goals.
Recommend policies, programs, and strategies that strengthen TAES’s competitive position and profitability.
Serve as a key liaison between executive leadership, department managers, and engineering teams to ensure clear communication and effective execution.
Recruit, develop, and retain engineering talent; provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action as appropriate.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, reduce cost, minimize scrap and rework, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Plan, approve, and manage MES projects and proposals, including progress tracking and resource management.
