Chronic conditions include Multiple Sclerosis, NMOSD, Myasthenia Gravis, CIDP, ITP, Migraine Prevention, Crohn’s Disease, Ulcerative Colitis, Plaque Psoriasis, Alpha 1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, Primary Immunodeficiency, hATTR Amyloidosis, Thyroid Eye Disease, and many others.
For patients, we provide access to the most advanced medications, along with the personal and financial support patients need to live with chronic conditions. For providers, we simplify treatment for complex conditions by eliminating the administrative and clinical burdens placed on your practice when patients need innovative specialty medications.
Summary:
We are currently hiring for the position of Full Time Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Center Supervisor. This position is responsible for leading the IC clinic team to provide comprehensive care, including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, health promotion and care coordination for patients and families with chronic health needs in an outpatient setting.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education: Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. Current unrestricted board certification to practice as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the State where you practice. May substitute a degree from an Accredited Physician Assistant school with an active, unrestricted license. Must have a current BLS certification.
Experience: 2 years of experience as an NP or APN in a clinical setting required or 3+ years as a Registered Nurse with oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center experience and 1-2 years of experience managing other employees. Must demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses. Excellent IV Skills.
