The New Home Sales Counselor supports prospective buyers by leading presentations, demonstrating model homes, and securing sales contracts. They are responsible for maintaining buyer satisfaction through regular follow-up and addressing concerns throughout the home buying process.
Candidates must possess exceptional sales and customer service skills, along with proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. The role requires a self-motivated individual capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
The primary focus of this position will be to support prospective buyers.
