The General Manager is the architect of the store culture, customer experience, and business performance. This leader owns the total store experience – balancing luxury service, operational excellence, talent development, and strategic business leadership.
The General Manager creates an environment where customers feel celebrated, team members feel inspired, and performance expectations are consistently elevated.

What You’ll Do:
Drive Business & Operational Excellence
Own total store performance including sales, profitability, operations, and customer experience
Analyze trends, identify opportunities, and activate strategies that improve performance
Protect profitability through payroll, inventory, compliance, and operational discipline
Ensure consistent execution of visual standards, launches, and promotional priorities
Lead the Total Store Experience
Create a culture centered around luxury service,relationship-building,and customer confidence
Ensure every touchpoint reflects Jared’s elevated brand standards
Set expectations for appointment culture, clienteling, follow-up, and personalized selling experiences
Inspire high-performance behaviors through floor presence and visible leadership
Coach & Develop Talent
Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing talent
Create a coaching culture rooted in accountability, recognition, and growth
Develop future leaders through intentional feedback and development planning

What You’ll Bring
3+ years retail sales experience, or 2+ years sales experience with 1+ year of management experience required

Commitment to operating with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality where required
Your Work Schedule
Flexible to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical schedules target five days/40 hours, with additional time during peak seasons.
