The technician will maintain, diagnose, and repair power plant electrical and instrumentation equipment, including switchgear, boilers, and control systems. They are also responsible for performing preventative maintenance, calibration, and participating in plant shutdown activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with formal technical or apprentice training preferred. The role requires the ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting 50lbs and working in confined spaces.

About the role

As an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician, you will work safely to maintain, diagnose, and repair various types of power plant equipment, this includes maintenance related to: boilers and its associated electrical and control equipment, repair and operation of field controllers, instrumentation, motor control centers and other power plant electrical equipment ranging from 120V to 13.8kv, and AC switchgear.

Pay Transparency
Reworld is committed to paying its staff equitably, and we strive to provide competitive compensation and benefits packages. The range below reflects Reworld’s reasonable estimate of base pay for this role based on primary posting location. It is expected that most qualified candidates in this location will fall within the posting range. The final salary offered for this role will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to: experience, education, geographic location, skills and competencies, travel requirements and/or union contracts (if applicable). Pay ranges are reviewed from time to time and may be modified in the future.
