En AES Chile nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Operador/a de Sala de Control. Buscamos personas con experiencia en operación de centrales hidroeléctricas para sumarse a nuestro equipo en instalaciones ubicadas en San José de Maipo.
Esta posición es clave para asegurar la operación eficiente y segura de la central, monitoreando en tiempo real las variables del proceso, tomando decisiones operativas y liderando al equipo de terreno desde la sala de control.
Principales responsabilidades
La persona seleccionada será responsable de liderar y controlar la operación desde sala de control, desarrollando tareas principalmente desde sistemas y de carácter analítico, entre las que se destacan:
Monitorear, controlar y ajustar parámetros y variables operacionales del proceso de generación hidroeléctrica.
Operar de manera remota los equipos e instalaciones, asegurando la continuidad y eficiencia del servicio.
Tomar decisiones operativas en tiempo real, resguardando la operación dentro de parámetros seguros y de diseño.
Liderar y coordinar al equipo de Operadores de Terreno, asegurando la correcta ejecución de las tareas en planta.
Detectar, diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos complejos del sistema.
Controlar niveles de generación en función de caudales disponibles y curvas de rendimiento.
Supervisar el uso de derechos de agua y cumplimiento de caudales ecológicos según normativa vigente.
Analizar costos marginales en coordinación con Centro de Control y área Comercial, optimizando la operación.
Registrar y gestionar información operativa, completando reportes y sistemas de gestión.
Preparar permisos de trabajo y condiciones de bloqueo para tareas de mantenimiento.
Mantener comunicación con stakeholders, informando eventos operacionales y alertas relevantes.
Velar por el cumplimiento de estándares de seguridad, medio ambiente y gestión de activos.
Requisitos del cargo
Educación: Técnico/a superior o formación universitaria en Electricidad, Electrónica, Mecánica, Instrumentación y Control o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años como operador en centrales hidroeléctricas (excluyente).
Conocimientos básicos o familiaridad con:
Hidráulica, electricidad y mecánica.
Sistemas de monitoreo y control de procesos.
Deseable manejo de SAP, sistemas de gestión y software de producción (Ioperations u otros).
Experiencia en liderazgo o coordinación de equipos operativos (deseable).
