En AES nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Especialista Eléctrico/a para incorporarse a nuestra planta en Mérida.
La persona que ocupe la posición será responsable de planificar, coordinar y supervisar las actividades de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo de los sistemas eléctricos de la central, asegurando una operación segura, confiable y continua.
Administrar los programas de mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y predictivo de los sistemas eléctricos de la central.
Analizar fallas en sistemas y equipos eléctricos, definiendo acciones correctivas y de mejora.
Gestionar solicitudes de compra de servicios y repuestos eléctricos, asegurando la disponibilidad de materiales críticos para la operación segura.
Coordinar y supervisar las actividades del personal del área y de contratistas externos.
Brindar soporte técnico a las áreas de mantenimiento y operaciones.
Mantener actualizados los registros de mantenimiento eléctrico en el Sistema de Gestión Integral (SGI), incluyendo equipos como AVR, relés de protección, análisis cromatográfico y fisicoquímico de aceite de transformadores, entre otros.
Utilizar el módulo de mantenimiento de SAP (PLM) para la gestión del Maintenance Work Management, incluyendo:
Registro diario de horas hombre.
Documentación de actividades ejecutadas en las órdenes de trabajo.
Cierre técnico de notificaciones y órdenes completadas.
Participar en la elaboración y seguimiento de los planes de mantenimiento y del presupuesto del área eléctrica.
Verificar y dar seguimiento al correcto funcionamiento de los equipos de medición del área eléctrica.
Colaborar en la planificación, administración y supervisión de mantenimientos mayores, rutinarios y paros programados.
Aplicar y asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y objetivos del Sistema de Gestión Integral (ISO 55001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001).
Conocer, cumplir y promover las políticas y estándares de seguridad (reglas cardinales, principios y creencias de seguridad).
Apoyar el desarrollo y ejecución de proyectos de mejora e iniciativas del negocio.
Administrar materiales, herramientas, equipos y documentación técnica del área.
Elaborar y cargar reportes de mantenimiento eléctrico en el SGI.
Planear y ejecutar las actividades de mantenimiento necesarias para el correcto funcionamiento de la planta de nitratos.
Actuar conforme al Código de Conducta de AES.
Ingeniería Eléctrica, Electromecánica o Industrial.
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en mantenimiento de sistemas y equipos eléctricos en centrales eléctricas.
Experiencia en puesta en servicio de equipos y sistemas eléctricos.
Mantenimiento y análisis de fallas en sistemas eléctricos.
Manejo de SAP para la programación y gestión de mantenimiento.
Uso de instrumentos de prueba de equipos eléctricos.
Interpretación de diagramas eléctricos.
Conocimiento de sistemas eléctricos de centrales de ciclo combinado (arrancadores, AVR, sistemas de potencia, entre otros).
Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión de calidad, seguridad, medio ambiente y gestión de activos.
Procedimientos de seguridad y uso de equipos de protección personal.
Actuación técnica ante situaciones de emergencia (blackout, disparos de unidades, conatos de incendio, derrames).
Manejo de herramientas de Office.
Alto compromiso con la seguridad y los valores de la compañía.
