The lead pharmacy technician oversees daily retail pharmacy operations and ensures compliance with federal and state regulations. They are responsible for building patient relationships, processing prescriptions accurately, and maintaining an organized pharmacy environment.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and be a Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Ohio. A PTCB certification is required, and at least one year of pharmacy technician and customer service experience is preferred.

As the lead technician, you will provide real world experience in a fast paced pharmacy atmosphere. You will have the ability to make an impact in many patients' lives outside of what you may have learned in the classroom. This role is more than just stocking shelves and collecting copays, it is building relationships internally and externally to create a wonderful pharmacy experience.
