The dockworker is responsible for loading and unloading freight using forklifts and pallet jacks while ensuring compliance with safety and transportation regulations. They must also verify shipments, secure freight properly, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Candidates should have experience in warehouse, freight, or dock operations and be proficient with forklifts or pallet jacks. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with the physical ability to lift and move objects of various weights.

Sorts and handles freight in and out of over-the-road equipment, containers, city trailers, and straight trucks. Operates forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload freight.
Pay Rate: $24.70 - $28.15 per hour, based on experience
