The specialist serves as the primary point of contact for HR inquiries and manages system transactions such as onboarding, terminations, and data changes. They are also responsible for maintaining HR documentation, generating reports, and assisting with benefit enrollment processes.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in HR operations and an associate degree in business or a related field. Proficiency with Workday and the ability to handle confidential information are preferred qualifications.

Responds to employee questions and inquiries related to employee benefit programs and human resources policies. Maintains information systems, prepares appropriate documentation, and assists with human resources projects.
Pay Rate: $21.75 - $25.10 per hour, based on experience
