We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Talent Source / Talent Attraction Specialist to drive sourcing initiatives that support our evolving workforce needs. Lead university fair coordination and participate in on-campus activities as appropriate.
Collaborate with workforce planning and HRBPs to anticipate hiring needs and develop proactive strategies.
Implement localized sourcing strategies to strengthen regional pipelines.
Create and support training initiatives that enhance hiring manager effectiveness.
Oversee college recruiting programs, including recent graduates, internships, and entry-level rotational programs.
