Manage active proposal pursuits — scope alignment, clarifications, technical responses, and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Agreement Risk and Legal review
Support contract negotiations, commercial terms, and vendor invoice review; maintain disciplined cost controls and financial visibility
Engage and lead end-user stakeholders throughout project planning, design and construction to ensure alignment and smooth turnover
Mentor and develop design-phase and field engineers leading team by example with clear direction, coaching, and performance accountability
Qualifications, Experience & Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; minimum 20 years of experience in construction management, preconstruction, or design-phase leadership
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects — balancing competing priorities, fast-moving schedules, and early risk identification to deliver strong outcomes across safety, schedule, cost, and quality
Deep knowledge of construction documents, contracts, permitting, procurement, estimating, budgeting, field execution, and construction law fundamentals
Design-build, Construction Manager at Risk, Stipulated Sum, or similarly integrated delivery model experience strongly valued

Strong teamwork orientation with proven initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Desired experience in managing projects with various funding sources including but not limited to; Federal, State, private, and tax exempt.
Deep expertise and demonstrated experience on competencies for building, leading and strengthening teams made up of diverse experiences, expertise, and backgrounds.
Technical Skills

Skilled in preparing internal status updates, meeting documentation, and executive-level reporting
