The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including strategic planning, budgeting, and scheduling. They serve as the primary client liaison and supervise project teams and contractors to ensure effective execution.
A Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management is required along with over 10 years of experience. Professional certifications such as PE, RA, or CCM are preferred.
