Requires current licensure as an RN, PT, OT, or SLP in Minnesota and at least one year of supervisory experience in home health. Must possess a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and the ability to pass background checks.

Pay Range: $104,000 to $120,000 (salaried exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.
As a Director of Home Health, you’ll serve as both a strategic leader and clinical guide—driving the delivery of exceptional in-home care while advancing operational excellence across Vivie’s footprint. In this Administrator-level role, you’ll ensure compliance, foster team growth, and lead initiatives that expand access, improve outcomes, and elevate the patient and family experience.
