| Responsibilities: |
All tasks in the implementation and maintenance of our application and admissions decision support system (currently CollegeNet). This includes working with departments to develop workflows for application review, organizing annual change requests, troubleshooting, configuring views for users, managing permissions, etc. This position also is responsible for supervising staff who conduct document imaging processes and physical document storage. This position is responsible for desktop support, the electronic hardware and software used by graduate school staff and throughout the office. This involves general lifting of computer equipment (less than 20 lbs.) and installation involving some stooping and bending. This position is our primary CRM (Salesforce) expert, crafting events, reports, forms, campaigns, etc.. to support graduate recruitment and marketing. |
| Required Minimum Qualifications: |
Bachelor's Degree preferably in business technology, information technology, systems engineering or related field. Minimum of 3 years of related experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications: |
Knowledge of higher education, especially graduate education is preferred. Background in application systems, imaging systems, and other enterprise wide technologies is preferred. |
