Candidates must have at least 3 years of project coordination experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and strong organizational skills are required, along with U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a government security investigation.
Abacus Technology is seeking a Policy and Audit Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to the policy life cycle and NASA’s Audit Liaison in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract at Langley Research Center. This is a full-time position.
3+ years experience in project coordination. Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Knowledge of policies and procedures, regulations, and audit processes. Experience performing analytical and administrative tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple high priority deadlines. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment. Excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Power Apps, Lists, Planner, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote, OneDrive), SharePoint, and Box. Process improvement experience preferred. Must be a US citizen.
